What’s a scalp scrub?
Just like scrubs are used to exfoliate your body, a scalp scrub is used to remove impurities, build-up, excess oil and dead skin cells that gather at the root of your hair. It stimulates circulation for a healthy scalp which in turn promotes healthy hair.
Transform dry, flaky scalps with the balancing powers of a custom scalp scrub.
According to your needs, your scalp scrub will be based on sugar crystals or fine Epsom salt.
It will be mixed with a unique blend of plants and oil to create the perfect formula.
Add a drop of water and apply gently to your scalp.
How to use:
Once every two weeks, apply scrub on damp hair from roots to ends using circular motions to stimulate scalp and eliminate debris.
Rinse thoroughly and follow with the hair mask.

We ship our goods via the Hermes postal service using their standard shipping unless you have chosen to upgrade to a next day or express delivery service.

Refund Policy
We stand by our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee that covers your order within 40 days of the ship date. If you're not completely in love with your products, let us know and we'll make things right. We offer two options: you can receive adjusted formulas free of charge, or you can return your order for a full refund. Please note that we offer formula adjustments as a one-time exchange, and we cannot offer multiple exchanges on the same order. To receive adjusted formulas, contact us at samantha@icicare.co.uk. Please provide your order number and feedback about your products. Our team will provide full instructions for completing the adjustment survey. For a full refund, contact us at samantha@icicare.co.uk. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return request. We'll provide a prepaid return label, and we'll be back in touch when your refund has been issued.
To start a return, you can contact us at samantha@icicare.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
