RESTORER studios is an upcycle fashion brand, born in The Netherlands in 2020, as an eco-conscious, intelligent, timeless and craftsmanship brand, to give thousands of clothes the chance to live again and forever, produced ethically and sustainably.
At RESTORER studios we design our own collections and we do an extensive an thorough research of the pieces that are best suited for upcycling and obtain our designs.
The motto of RESTORER studios is to make a positive impact on the environment by only working with second hand garments and dead stock fabrics (8% of the time, only to replace damaged parts if needed), to produce our unique pieces, and give them a second brand new life. RESTORER studios believes in fair pricing.
To produce sustainable upcycled garments, we unstitch and alter every piece by hand, by optimizing the most of the materials with the goal of producing zero waste.
Basically our designs are all handcrafted. Finally but not least, RESTORER studios is an inclusive/genderless brand. Our garments are designed to accommodate different body types, according to the desired fit and are they are available to the entire public.
Only card payments are accepted at the moment.
All payments will be securely processed by Green Ramona via Stripe.

Orders are typically processed the following business day, excluding holidays. Once the parcel is out, customer will receive and email from courier company with the tracking number.

All international buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, these are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. In case the client refuses the order or pay the duties/taxes, shipping and extra costs will be deducted of the refund. We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by courier are not necessarily guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to re-route the package.
Any reshipping fees for exchanges/store credit usage, incorrect addresses, etc. will be at the customer’s expense. Thank you for your understanding.

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to return the product you bought.
The customers are responsible for the generated return costs, and to be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of the receipt or purchase (print or digitally).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Worn damaged product cannot be returned.
Customized orders cannot be returned.
Sample sales cannot be returned.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. [Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.] We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exchanges are not possible as there is only one garment from each design. I only produced one the item per design (or max 2 but not always). I recommend instead that you return your item (if eligible for return) and get your refund, and buy a new piece during a new drop.
