Do you ship worldwide?

Green Ramona provides vendors with the option to ship worldwide. However, it is up to each vendor to choose their options.

The reason being, each country has different import laws, standards and policies. Which can make it difficult for independent vendors to keep up with.

So, by allowing vendors to choose, we can better guarantee our customers with a good service.

However, you can always contact a vendor directly through each product and ask if they might be able to ship to your country.

What shipping methods are offered ?

Each country has different shipping options and prices. To ensure the best option to each place, we rely on our experienced vendors.

Shipment methods are chosen by each vendor. They decide what who to work with according to what they believe best for their area.

This means that you will likely receive packages from different service providers and at different times.

You can check the shipping information on each product or get in touch with each vendor to learn more.

How can I request a refund?

Refunds are requested through your dashboard. Just go into Orders, choose the order and press the Refund button.

This will send a request to the Vendor, who will process the refund according to their store policies.

If you’d like to view those polices, you find the link to the vendor’s store on your order. Alternatively, you can find the policies on the product’s information.

How do coupons work?

Coupon codes are added at checkout. A box will be provided to be filled out with your coupon code. After entered, place “update cart” and the coupon will be applied.

It is worth noting, there are different types of coupons. Some are product specific or vendor specific while others are more global. Our system will recognise and apply accordingly.

For example, if you have a 20% off coupon that applies to a specific vendor,  that 20% will be discounted from all products that belong to that specific vendor only. It will not apply to any other products you might have in your cart.

Do you allow backorders?

Green Ramona provides vendors with the option for backorders. However, it is up to each vendor to activate it or not.

If the product is in backorder, you will be notified on the product page. Under “Stock” it will say “Backorder”.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask the vendor.

Are there benefits for registered users?

There are definitely benefits owning an account. From facilitating communication between you and your vendor to special coupon treats.

When you register for an account, you are provided with a dashboard that allows you to manage your orders, request refunds, ask questions, follow your favourite vendors and more.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The average shipping time within EU is 3-5 days using Royal Mail.

However, each product might vary depending on the shipping method, options and country.

Please check the shipping information at the bottom of each product or get in touch with the vendor to learn more.

How do I track my order?

Use the order confirmation number received by email. Go to our “Track Your Order” section and fill out the information required. Press “Track” and the system will inform you of the status of your order.

If your order says “Completed” and you have not yet received your product, we suggest you get in touch with your vendor. They will look for your package and let you know the status.

What payment methods are available?

We currently accept credit & debit cards from Visa, Mastercard & Amex.

Each payment is processed through, what we consider, the most secure gateway partner; Stripe.

Stripe uses a variety of encryption based fraud protection, that allows us to provide you with top notch security. Learn more.

Not to mention, they comply with EU’s SCA and 3D Secure payments.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We encourage our vendors to provide this service. However, it is up to them to do so.

If you’d like your vendor to provide your product gift wrapped, you can always pop them a message and see if they might make an exception 🙂
